Blue Shell Dash doesn't get hit by sliding Koopa Shell

This is an inconsistent interaction. Sometimes, blue shell will get stunned when hitting a sliding koopa shell. Other times, the blue shell will slide through the sliding koopa shell without being interrupted. (this MAY be a red vs green koopa thing, based on my experience in game, but im not sure)
