Store videos in IPFS instead of Youtube

We really need to stop this, it pulls in all kinds of google js, and isn't offline-capable.

We should pick some nice minimal html5 video player, and have it play straight out of ipfs.io/ipfs/QmTheVideo.

it would be rad to ipfs all the things. The content is all on youtube, so there is a larger ocean to boil around tooling to ease transcoding for multiple bitrates when publishing video to ipfs, and humans to realign in terms of where they upload their content to in the first place.
