Credit vs 3-clause license

I'm doing a talk about an open-source project I've created. My tool leverages rulesgen from PACK. I'd like to give credit where credit is due and acknowledge I'm using your work. On the other hand, your license prohibits using your name without permission.

Should I acknowledge PACK in my talk? Is there more info you need in order to answer that?
