When upstream https://github.com/ipfs/helia/issues/790 is addressed, we should to expose it as configuration option in verified-fetch and inbrowser.link

(Exposing this is lower priority than adding implicit limit described in https://github.com/ipfs/helia/issues/790)

this is resolved and piped in because there is a default value set for trustless gateways.
