This is extracted from #9124. This issue tracks creating a CI automation to ensure that new commands added to Kubo are also added to kubo/client/rpc and to js-kubo-rpc-client.

  • Notes from JS version: https://github.com/ipfs/js-kubo-rpc-client/issues/47 – most likely the CI workflow could be reused between JS and GO.
