Missing error when user tries to open missing file

Seems that friendly error for missing files added in https://github.com/ipfs/ipfs-webui/pull/2346 no longer (?) works:

  1. Open http://127.0.0.1:5001/webui#/files/this-does-not-exist.txt in Kubo 0.38.1 (uses webui v4.9.1)
  2. See empty screen
