Feature Request: Add metrics reporting for pinning usage

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We want to add metrics to pinning API calls and other usage so that it shows up on our metrics dashboard (county)

Describe the solution you'd like Minimum metrics should be:

1. Pin popup view
2. Number of pinning services added (send on pinning service add)
3. Success/failure for each
4. How many pinning requests
5. Size of pins

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context We need metrics to make data-based decisions.
