• Add a new sub-page for guides about how/where an IPFS Node can hosted.

What issue(s) does this address?

• However there are many guides about "How to install an IPFS Node" the initial first steps are usually missing and not oblivious how to get a Docker on a VPS, what operation system is suitable etc.
