Launch on Startup does not work on KDE

I have the launch on startup option selected, but I have to manually start it after every reboot.

distro = kubuntu 19.04

This also doesn't work on KDE spin of fedora. It makes me think it is a least specific to KDE.

So I do not believe it is Distro based issue

I work on LXDE Fedora and I have the same issue.

Is this still a problem with v0.13.2? Linux support is experimental, but if someone using DE submits a patch, I'm happy to review!
