Heartbeat splash screeen stuck on migration screen

When upgrading from older version (e.g. desktop 0.25 with kubo 0.17) Desktop App needs to run migrations.

While migrations run, a black temrinal-like window is displayed with CLI output, to show download and migration progress.

The Heartbeat cube is covering this window the whole time.

solution

Hide heartbeat splash screen when migration or error window is displayed.
