Enable native browser notifications

Since Chrome removed RSS a long time ago, it would be nice if there's a button to enable push notifications for new entries:

I actually have no idea how this works... would have to read a bit. If I find enough time I'll give it a try.

To anyone reading this in the future, feel free to implement this :)
