@nolash did you resolve this issue? or any other updates from this issue. We're currently having this issue on ec2 instance.

I am running into the same issue on my Macbook Pro (Arm64)

I tried version v2.0.2 of the migration from this download page.

Heads up, check that ipfs.io is resolving correctly. My ISP's DNS blocked it for some reason.
