Add link to docker images

https://dist.ipfs.tech/#kubo should mention we provide official Docker Images at https://hub.docker.com/r/ipfs/kubo/

Initial idea is to augument HTML template and when kubo is rendered, append a row in the release matrix, and make it link to https://hub.docker.com/r/ipfs/kubo/:
