Add test runner for React Native?

People run ipfs in React Native environments, which, like Electron, seems to be ever-so-slightly different to node or the browser, causing problems like https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs-http-client/issues/1117

We run our tests in a whole bunch of different environments, we should run them in React Native too.
