Detect features needed for browser support

Per https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/peer-pad/issues/36, when run in a private Firefox window, PeerPad opens but fails silently, making pads unusable.

It would be great to have some feature detection so that PeerPad can inform users that their browser isn't supported.
