d3tree: support paths

  • [ ] would be nice if it supported paths, not just hashes (currently breaks)
  • [ ] would be nice it, when given a path, it would visualize from the root, and "open" all the nodes up to the last one.
  • [ ] when clicking down, it adds to the #<path>?
