fix: update cohosting.sh

• use the /cohosting/full dir to be inline with the spec
• rename gc to prune to match npm flavour ipfs-costing
• ensure prune with no args leaves 1 snapshot in place as per https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/ipfs-cohost/issues/13
• add usage descriptions
• show usage if command doesnt match any supported
• rename to ipfs-cohost.sh to match npm flavour

@olizilla this is awesome! However, I would have a way to change MFS_DIR because with this changes this would only affect fully cohosted websites and not lazily cohosted websites

The current version of the script only does full cohosting, and wasn't storing dirs in a full dir, so I added it.
