Faces doesn't merge

I just started making a deepfake and everything went well until i got to step 7 where i needed to merge I just clicked quicktrain96 merge and then merge to mp4 but when it was done i looked at the video and the faces was still the exact same as when i started (the data_dst)and the other folder (merged mask) where the faces i wanted was just black images Also i didn't use the interactive merge because when i tried it just showed me the a frame of the original data_dst without the new face
