mask not working

when i open result_mask there is nothing there. i think this is a problem of the code but I'm not sure

What GPU are you using? Did you make sure to run all of the steps needed beforehand?

Are there errors occuring in the terminal when you run any of the previous steps or does everything appear to work just fine?

I'm using a 1660 TI. and i think im doing everything right
