destination faceset extract MANUAL not recoginising or extracting faces (0 images, 0 faces found)

Expected behavior
I extracted the images and faces from source and destination. I forgot to remove faces from the destination video and i edited it and tried extracting it again. It didn't work. Now it doesn't even work for extracting images and face from source.
Actual behavior
I open the "data_dst faceset extract MANUAL.bat" file to extract faces, I enter the information and it just says 0 images found 0 faces found. Below is the exact text its showing me-

Steps to reproduce
I can't do anything as there is little to no information available about this. And i am using RTX 2060 GPU. I tried extracting it with my CPU but it wont work as well. CPU is Intel Core I7
Other relevant information
- Command lined used: data_dst faceset extract MANUAL.bat
- Operating system and version: Windows
- Python version: 3.5, 3.6.4, ... (if you are not using prebuilt windows binary) i dont know about this
