Don't Use GPU in JupyterLab and Error when train with 6_train_SAEHD.sh

1.When train in jupyterlab use only cpu but when run nvidia-smi code detect gpu I install this tensorflow-gpu==2.4.0 and tensorflow-gpu==2.3.1 Error Image=https://ibb.co/sFJdVBQ

2.in jupyterlab terminal when use 6_train_SAEHD.sh to train get error but training with 6_train_saehd_no_preview.sh work without error how solve problem? Error image=https://ibb.co/qFxLj81
