PU0 & Not recognizing gpu

Hi Im using window 10 cmd prebuilt version i guess , my card graphic isn't that new and I wanted to know the reason I don't get asked to work with CPU or GPU and my second question is about PU0 that I share screenshot for. I want to what that means
