dell xps 17 clicks when training

Expected behavior

the software does not cause unexplained clicking from my laptop while training

Actual behavior

when training, my dell xps 17 9710 laptop produces a clicking noise, similar to a clock ticking, with each iteration. this noise stays constant until training is stopped and does not change based on fan speed, and is audible even when fans ramp up.

Steps to reproduce

run the training step of the software on a dell xps 9710 laptop and listen for a clicking noise that syncs with the rate at which it increases iterations.
