AMP model on CPU

Models arch AMP do not run on CPU (station w/o GPU or with param --cpu-only).

Tested on Windows 10 / Ubuntu 20.04LTS Tensorflow 2.4, 2.7.1 Python 3.7.11, 3.9.7 Latest DFL version.
