Training (xseg/saehd) issue with windows 10 and AMD rx6900xt
Windows 10 AMD rx6900xt with the latest driver DeepFaceLab_DirectX12_build_11_20_2021
I have a strange behavior while training both xseg and saehd, it may happen that during the process the stats on the training windows stops to update, they are freezed, I can hear the fans go quiet, then I cannot update with 'p' in the preview window or save the iterations, it can remain so blocked even for 10 minutes and then resume the process without apparent problems or remain freezed forever so i have to close the windows and restart the process to the latest saved iterations, what happens? I have tried various batch sizes but the situation does not change
another strange things is that during the process the time stats increase from 1000ms up to even 2000ms after a couple of hours (when everythings goes fine with my first problem), is that normal?
with these situations seems impossible to leave deepfacelab to work alone without having to check that everything is ok
p.s.
since at moment amd with the most recent drivers seems do not support "GPU Hardware Scheduling" , is there a drop in performance without being able to enable that option?
