Create scripts that answer common access related questions

E.g.

1. What repos does someone have access to?
2. If I add someone to a team, what additional repos do they get access to?
3. Which repos don't have branch protection on main/master branch?

It might be a good idea to run them on PRs and post the reports as comments.
