  1. Synced master branch from the mothership.

  2. Rebased ipdk-latest onto the master branch.

  3. OvS builds successfully in non-P4 mode and passes the OVS test suite.

  4. OvS builds successfully --with-ovsp4rt=stubs and passes the OVS test suite.
