Clarify how invalid annotations will be handled

Thank you for bringing this up @GillesJ. No action will be taken for the time being, because preliminary experiments showed that by ignoring any invalid annotations, evaluation remains practically unchanged....

Compare scoring "corrected" and uncorrected.
