I assume you installed it from pre-built binaries and you are talking about folder in the last step of the instructions. You just have to extract one sample from the samples.zip and choose the extracted folder on app startup.

oh it worked kinda but when I click start button (Benchmark.app) app goes not responding then it closes itself.

1. What Windows build do you have?
2. Do you see any error messages logged? When you open the app, it should open two windows—one for the app itself and one for log messages. Can you post a screenshot or write here what it says in the log window before it crashes?
3. Do the other sample apps work for you (HelloWorld.app and SampleApp.app)?

None of samples not worked but only hello world worked my Build is: Windows 10 21H1 x64

OK, your Windows build seems fine, that shouldn't be a problem. Can you please post the logs? Otherwise, I am unable to determine where the problem might be.
