Yep put both Steam's and the system's `lsof` back and the top right performance metrics resumed popping up with unbearable stuttering while trying to shoot stuff and just run around....

Yeah every time the game freaks out and shows a high frame latency after it recovers, `steamwebhelper` can be seen at the top of the process list 100%ing a core...

Tried re-launching steam with `steam as -no-browser +open steam://open/minigameslist` and now when the game does these stutters mid round, it's this steam process that 100%'s the host and stutters the...
