libbpf-tools: Add javagc monitor
Now usdt tracing has been supported in libbpf, so we add the javagc monitor as an example with this feature. Normally, you can use the command "readelf -n binary" to find the usdt in the binary. The javagc tracing result like this: Tracing javagc time...
