window build error

There is an error in iotivity-lite-swig file when building on Windows.

CustomBuild is missing.

TODO:

  • [ ] Fix the MSVC projects, because we don't have SWIG ported CMake
  • [ ] Alternative: for swig to CMake and get rid of the MSVC projects
