Failed withdraw bucket with ledger

I got this error message:

send action error: {"code":13,"message":"invalid sender","metadata":{"content-length":"0","content-type":"application/grpc-web-text+proto","grpc-message":"invalid sender","grpc-status":"13"}}

After i approved with my Ledger this message came. I didn't have same problem with another bucket.

Can you send the bucket ID's which worked, and the one which failed?

Also, are you using the latest 0.2.6 IoTeX app installed? You can get it from the Ledger Live app store if you enable "Developer mode" in Ledger Live settings. 😀

Still the same thing after i updated iotex app in Ledger. Iotexlab is bucket, which won't send :( Got same message after update.

are you using ioPay desktop with your Ledger, or are you using the "Ledger" connection option on the stake.iotex.io page?

I am using iopay desktop with Ledger. But when i use stake.iotex site, i have make connection with Ledger only. Very sorry if my answer didn't help, i am not so good with technicals.
