[wallet]: cannot sign using IoTeX App, no prompt showing up

  1. wallet 0.91 --> connect Ledger, it works
  2. shows the native ioAddr, and balance on testnet, works
  3. select a delegate to vote, click "Yes, make transaction"
  4. however, no prompt showing up on Ledger. As a result, the cycle in the button keep spinning forever

@dustinxie pls re-test using iopay desktop v0.10, looks like it is already solved.
