yes this is a DePIN project. The Mixnet (nymtech.net) is a network of dedicated servers (mixnodes) run by the community that are all together provide a system for anonymized communications. The active mixnodes are all rewarded through a token.

nymvpn is one application that is running on the NYM mixnet infrastructure. So it is a VPN build on de Privacy DePIN
