Script for simple network setup for different edge architectures

We have gateway running on pi, dumb router, openwrt router with mosquitto, cascaded networks (subnetworks), potentially esp based mqtt repeaters, and maybe later some ble/lora/espnow bridging dongles.

Also, consider the difference of installations on the gateway or just development clients <- offer them though to potential gateway functionality for testing - especially think how we deal with the installations on Mac and Windows.
