clean up termux phone install - the mess with glibc, find solution for compiling

This one is tough - platformio is really hard to run on Android on termux - there is a mess with overloading the libraries and at some point it fails. Needs a lot of testing lengthy installation - will require breaking the installer in part to be evaluated.

need others to test and documentation sometimes you still need to run fix_bin_termux on platform upgrades here
