1 Month and my Iota is still in my wallet. Rebroadcast, re-attach I've tried everything, trying to send to bitfinex

Description

I've been trying to send 1.2Gi from my Light wallet to bitfinex and it never went through. I've rebroadcasted, re-attached, attached new addresses everything in my history tab is pending. I've changed multiple nodes but mostly I'm at bitfinex node. Here's my first transaction hash: ECICDBDPGFPNRJ9RMNCLPOVBMNNWIXZJJWDCATLKJBSBCNGZOPETDKEGKPCQE9FOJECPESAIFOFZ99999

Can anyone please help me understand what I'm doing wrong?

i dont see reattachements.; go to history .; find your outgiong tx , go bundle and press reattach/promote button
