6 days to send iota????

hi there ! I'm trying to send iota to bitfinex for almost 5 days and it is still pending ( changed nodes, reattached and rebroadcast so many times and no results) is it usual thing right now???? its even worst that in bank...

same with me....iota admin not trusted so far....because no respon and action about iota wallet....i was send from wallet iota to bitfinex,until now still pending and my balance was deduct from wallet....

so when that bug suppose to fix it...right now my wallet is useless...can't send any cause that transaction still in pending...is it possible to cancelled it???? waw the crypto iota is slow than anything else
