TROUBLES SENDING FROM WALLET

Hello, after recover my balance, for proof , i sent 5 and 7 iota, from my iota wallet to binance, 11-29-17 and 12-03-17, both still PENDING, how long this transaction must take, please somebody help.

i think this is not fair...
