Windows Install issue: Missing iri.jar?

Is this normal when starting up a full node?

Error: Unable to access jarfile C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\iota\resources\iri\iri.jar Process exited with status 1

The file isn't there. Also I can't find a iri.jar on the harddisk anywhere.

Windows v10, Iota: v2.5.4

@gilescope It's normal. The file is not included into install package.
