Remove deprecated codecs/methods for v2.1

Once #62 is finished and PyOTA v2.1 is released, remove the following deprecated symbols:

  • AsciiTrytesCodec.compat_name
  • TryteString.as_bytes
  • TryteString.as_string
  • TryteString.from_string
