Description of change

Update the DID specs page in the wiki for the new Stardust method.

This is a first draft, please add your suggestions and comments.

@PhilippGackstatter I agree that we should abstract the Stardust details away from the specs. Let's keep it in this PR and I will add that to the specs improvements issue #974.
