no config.json file found , snapshot failed downloading, help please

i checked it , and im failing set up the hornet node in my pc , it is for my final project , iot health monitoring with raspberry pi and blockchain (iota)

You are not providing any information what you exactly did at all. I don't even know which steps you followed exactly. I can't help you this way at all.
Anyway, the given instructions work since years for everyone, they are still correct (just counter checked it). You need to following the instructions closely, it works.
Thanks for your reply , im installing it on windows, the instructions clearly are in ubuntu , after cloning the hornet-node , when i tap this command (docker logs -f hornet-node) the snapshots doesn’t finish downloading . It reach at maximum 445mb/1gb and than error downloading which not allow me to access the dashboard via localhost:8081 ,when i’m trying to troubleshoot this issue i just can’t find the config.json file . I’m really sorry for bothering,i’m just trying to set up your technology because it fits with my patient monitoring project where i will use it in raspberry pi (blockchain + iot) If you could help me i will be so grateful .
