Use Bech32 address format

Currently addresses are formatted as simple base58-encoded strings. This must be changed to the correct bech32-based format as presented in Draft RFC-20:

  • [ ] Decide on an HRP to avoid clashes with the Chrysalis mainnet and testnet
  • [ ] Always use that format instead of the plain base58
