[Bug report]: An error message is missing like: "You don't have enough Shimmer to claim these native assets"

Description

If I have not enough Shimmer and receive some native assets that I need to claim in my wallet, there is no "error message". It just does not work to claim these funds. Normally there should be a description like: "Sorry, but you can't claim these native assets, because you don't have enough Shimmer in your wallet for the storage deposit"

Expected behaviour

There should be an explanation why it does not work and maybe a link to the website that explains everything around the storage deposit

Actual behaviour

If I push that button "claim" it just does not work

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new wallet
2. Copy the addresse of that new wallet
3. Go to another wallet and send some native assets
4. Go back to your new wallet and try to claim these received native assets
