[Task]: Create Shared Codebase for Client and Server Modules

Task description

Identify and consolidate duplicated code in both client and server modules. Create a shared or common codebase that can be reused across these modules, ex.:

  • addressHelper.ts
  • tx history logic for the address page & CSV export

We should try to implement this for both stardust and nova networks
