Dockerfile out of date

Bug description

Right now its not possible to build the docker image since it still refers to IRI (instead of CLIRI). The build will fail because of path and filename differences.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Try to build the docker image with "docker build ."

Expected behaviour

The docker image should get build successfully

Actual behaviour

The build proccess will fail with errors
