Foresee name service hosted addresses in the node

Description

Today a user at the Discord channel proposed to allow for a name service for wallet addresses, similar to: https://app.ens.domains/ but for iota. It would allow addresses such as: mywallet.iota, mycompany.iota or mysmartcontract.iota (if combined with dns).

At the moment, all that would be necessary is to allow this feature in the node sw.

Motivation

This would extremely simplify sending and receiving tokens and lower entry barriers for enterprises and individuals alike.

1. The feature in the node SW
2. The feature in the wallet SW
3. A combination of a smart contract + NFTs + a pricing system by IF for governance.
