readme.md in explorer/backend needs to be updated

Instructions in explorer/backend/readme.md and explorer/README.md are out of sync, specifically the backend/task section because the task command does not exist.

Command: nohup ./task &

Should be: ./explorer-task

Chdir to /backend/task and make.
